Today I have an appointment to receive my diploma. My school only holds a graduation ceremony once a year, usually in March every year. This year, my school held the event on March 8, 2024. On this day, I received my temporary graduation certificate, so I didn't have time to register to participate. I have to wait until March 2025. Either way, today gives me a special feeling, like a small milestone marking the end and a new beginning in my life.
When I went in to receive my diploma, I was a little surprised that I received a stack of A4 papers, including one labeled Graduation Certificate. I thought I should at least have something nice to hang my memories on, but here it's just a simple piece of paper so I took the cardboard outside as a symbol to take pictures hahaha. Even though it's just a piece of paper, it contains many of my efforts, efforts and memories throughout my time studying. That feeling is truly indescribable.
Behind me is the building that has accompanied me throughout my learning process, from the moment I entered school until the last days of the school year. It is the place that holds all memories, where all classes and important exams are held.
Anh Linh bought me a bouquet of cute pink flowers in the same color tone as our pink outfits. The two of us had not eaten breakfast or lunch yet, so we walked from the back gate to the front gate to take souvenir photos. It seems that those photos not only capture moments, but are also a way for me to preserve memories of a special day - a day that marks maturity and entering a new chapter of life.
After that, the two of us went to eat a full table with all kinds of Dimsum and char siu meat.
